Although historically we have been able to process claims with most private health insurance providers, it is becoming increasingly difficult for us to work with some of the main insurance companies. As a result we can no longer directly invoice BUPA, PPP, or Vitality with claims on your behalf (Please note that this list is not exhaustive and is subject to change.).
In all instances where you wish us to try to make a claim on your behalf please ensure that you provide us with your policy reference and a pre-authorisation number for your treatment prior to attending your appointment. Additionally please remember that you are liable for the treatment fees and/or any costs associated with us attempting to claim the fees from your provider if they refuse to reimburse us directly.
